Plan your trip to Bowling Green, Kentucky

There is lots to do in Bowling Green, so make a trip out of the Hudson Valentine Sale this year! Here's a few things to put on your "to-do" list before you head out for the weekend.
1. See the Corvette Headquarters
You can tour the GM Corvette Assembly Plant and see production step-by-step. Every Corvette made comes from Bowling Green. After you see the the process, you can continue your Corvette tour in the National Corvette Museum, pictured below.

2. Learn Aircraft History
Aviation Heritage Park houses five military aircrafts that have been restored. Each is accompanied by the stories of the aircraft's history.
3. Experience the Arts
The Capitol Arts Center always has something to offer! On Friday night, comedian Brian Regan will perform. If you miss the show, the Capitol Arts Center also holds two art galleries that are worth a stop: the Houchens Gallery and the Mezzanine Gallery.

4. Explore Kentucky "Roots"
Baker Arboretum is a great place to get outside and stretch your legs. No matter what season it is, there are always interesting plants and flowers to look at while there.
5. Kayak through Caverns
Lost River Cave can be toured by riding along on a boat tour, walking or kayaking. This area is home to the Butterfly Habitat and blue hole trails as well.

6. Relive History
Take a self-guided tour of 18 Civil War sites on the Civil War Discovery Trail. This driving tour features different exhibits, monuments, cemeteries and historical markers.
7. Discover Historic Transportation
A 1925 depot has been restored into the Historic Railpark and Train museum, with interactive galleries and a large model railroad. Also on display are 7 railcars for visitors to view.

8. See the Hired Hand Booth
Molly and Jaymie will be at the Hudson Valentine Sale all weekend. Make sure you stop by the Hired Hand booth and catch up on mobile marketing, social media and our other services.
