Is it Time to Use an Email Marketing Service?

If you regularly communicate with groups of people, whether they be customers, vendors, or organization members using email or a print newsletter, you may be able to do so more effectively, saving yourself valuable time along the way. To determine if utilizing an email marketing service makes sense for you, ask yourself the following questions:
- Do I ever send email or snail mail to large groups of people?
- Do I want to improve my communications with my current customers?
- Am I tired of getting bounce-backs for email addresses that no longer exist?
- Do I ever wonder if everyone received my email or if it was flagged as SPAM?
- Do I ever wonder if anyone opens and reads my email/mail?
- Do I wish my communications better reflected my company's brand or were more consistent with the look of my website?
- Do I worry about complying with the CAN-SPAM legislation regarding email communications? (If you don't, you should.)
- Do I want to increase my contact list by allowing people to sign up for my newsletter directly from my website?
