With generations on farming in Leslie Stickley's family, she had always hoped to have her own farm one day while growing up. With a herd of Holstein's at home, the Stickley's decided to invest in four Longhorns bought from G&G Longhorns in 2017 and have been growing since. They love raising their Longhorns at their Southwest Virginia ranch and look forward to continuing to build relationships with other breeders.

The owners, Dwayne and Jill Riske, started their ranch to escape the hustle bustle of nearby Austin and get back to their small-town roots. Having both grown up in the little town of Brenham, Texas they were raised around livestock and a farm lifestyle.
