"Welcome to Double D Cattle Co, a First Generation Family Cattle Ranch located in the agricultural district of Duplin County, North Carolina. The Ranch was founded by Catherine Dail in December of 2022 and our name is a homage to Catherine’s dad, whose nickname has always been, DD.
We started with the purchase of two bred cows and a bull, which quickly turned into a full blown love and passion for the Texas Longhorn Breed! Since then the herd has grown by great measures! With each addition to the Double D Cattle Co herd, We strive to breed for great genetics, body conformation and docile demeanors, along with the most beautiful colors and horn length that the Texas Longhorn Breed carries which is like no other! Double D Cattle Co breeds, shows and sells Texas Longhorn cattle and are proud members of TLBAA (Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America), ITLA (International Texas Longhorn Association) and the SETLA (South Eastern Texas Longhorn Association).
